rich breakfast, cheap rooms, exquisite views. reasonably spacious suite and comfortable bed. the pool was clean, the staff here was fine. pool bar in the hotel.

The hotel was not bad, we liked terrific staff. Spacious bathroom in the great-sized room. Only 15 minutes walk from powell street subway station. The service offered was outstanding too. Nice garden outside.
Pity, but the beds were very uncomfortable, and views were not so great.

The hotel is cute, its location and staff are terrific! There is a variety of facilities in the room like : microwave and so much space. Also, WiFi works in public areas.

The breakfast was generous with plenty of options and the room was non-smoking. Central location of this urban hotel was a bonus. Everything was perfect as expected, but the bathroom was very small. It was good to have hot drinks in the downstairs bar.

the check-in was easy, we loved poolside bar. the restaurant onsite was lovely. its service was decent too.
Facilities were renovated, though Wi-Fi was very poor.

It's an excellent place. Within a walking distance of most sightseeings, the location is beautiful. We went to sears fine food, located right next to the hotel, to have some dinner.

Breakfast selection was great. Coit tower and other tourist spots were adjacent to this hotel. 30 minutes' drive to the airport. Downtown San Francisco district won't disappoint you.
